Goldmine Properties (Pvt) Ltd. started in 2017 as a joint venture between like-minded real estate investors to leverage on the boom in the real estate market in Sri Lanka. Unlike many other players in the real estate market, Goldmine focuses largely on commercial properties. Additionally, Goldmine persuades opportunities in residential and scenic properties on a selective basis.

The term ‘goldmine’ tells the story. We believe that every property that we carefully select for an investment is a gold mine! We love real estate and because of that love, we want to be immaculate in our deals by being detail oriented. We love exploring leads, due diligence, negotiations, arrive at deals and develop properties that we decide to buy.
